About Joe Tingley
I’ve always had an interest in property, having grown up around family projects involving development and refurbishment. Before starting Aureum, my background was in sales and growing a business, where I gained valuable experience working with clients, building relationships and developing a strong commercial approach. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active and making the most of time on the golf course.
About Jack Richards
I’ve spent the last eight years working in carpentry and construction, gaining hands on experience across a variety of new housing developments. That time on site has given me a strong appreciation for quality, attention to detail, and the value of working with the right people to deliver successful projects.
At Aureum Property Group, I bring that practical experience into every project and enjoy turning opportunities into successful developments.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and playing sports, with golf being my biggest passion.
